SCOL DEI CLE Series: Tokenism in Recruitment & Retention

Judge Darleen Ortega of the Oregon Court of Appeals and the first Latinx woman to sit on the Court, will discuss tokenism in relation to diversity, equity, and inclusion employment initiatives, particularly with respect to recruitment and retention. Judge Ortega will provide practical tools for equitable and robust recruitment practices.
