ABOUT THIS CLASS (Yoga with Emily Reaser) - 7:30AM:

Focused on healing at all levels (physical, emotional, spiritual), Forrest Yoga with Emily Reaser addresses modern-day ailments, anxiety, over-stimulation and a sense of disconnection through strength-building sequencing. While seeking a more supportive, healing approach to yoga, Emily studied under the founder, Ana Forrest, while completing her 200-hour teacher training in Bali.

By participating in this event, I am acknowledging that I understand and agree with the following:

o There are risks of damage or injury associated with participation in this program in person or through virtual “online” formats. These risks include but are not limited to, pulled muscles and/or overexertion.
o The Participant is physically able to participate in the program and has no medical condition or physical ailment that would prevent participation in the program.
o It is the responsibility of the Participant, or his/her parent or legal guardian, to consult a physician prior to participation in the program if concerns are present.
o Any Participant (and/or their legal guardian) assume(s) full responsibility for participation in any GSSW sponsored events and are responsible for modifying their participation as needed for their own safety.
o Any parent or legal guardian further represents that they have thoroughly explained to the minor Participant the risks associated with participation in the program using language intellectual capacity of the Participant.
